My name is Jonathan and together with my gorgeous wife Oum, we have been developing properties for 15 years in both Phuket and Chiang Mai. I am Australian and Oum is Thai.

Until now we have been building and selling large villas on the island, we always had a lot of fun developing and making our customers happy.

However, we felt that our customer base was changing. People with middle to lower class incomes were looking for smaller and less ostentatious options. So, we started building houses that was smaller more manageable while not giving up comfort and location. We are in the process of duplicating this style home with the following configuration. One bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, garden, laundry, plunge pool, garage, and a good size plot of 100 square meters of building on ground level. The home is a smart home with control over curtains, aircons, lights and more.The logic is sound think about it.
